Once an item is dispatched customers are issued a tracking number for their parcel via email. This number can be used to track their delivery via the courier's app or website.
Orders are fulfilled chronologically in the same order as we receive them once all items are in stock.
Waitlist items can take longer to dispatch.
If your Order contains a variety of out-of-stock/waitlisted items with in-stock products our customer service team can split orders and ship the in-stock items separately for an additional shipping fee.
